Corporate Services Center (CSC)

Our large Brussels CSC is a callcenter-style office with a range of units and teams, each handling separate instances of our service delivery.

Business Travel Center (BTC)

Each of our six BTC's handles travel requests and service delivery needs of the clients in their sector. Service varies from a callcenter setup to VIP treatment, depending on your needs.

For large-volume clients, we have a range of other service platforms, including implants (travel offices located in the client company), explants (dedicated travel units for a particular client) and Satellite Ticket Printing options (where a client can have his tickets printed in his own offices, anywhere in Europe).
