How to book online?

With American Express' Rezportal booking tool, booking your air, car and hotel reservations online is very easy.

Setting up your account
All you need to do is sign-up for the online service by filling out the [client form] on our site.
We will then set up the necessary profiles which will enable you to book online and contact you for any further information.
Within 48 hours (business days), your account will be set up and you can book online.

Booking online
Reservations can be made on our Rezportal booking tool, which you can find [here]. The booking-tool is virtually self-explanatory. Should you require any assistance, a help function is of course available.

Handling and Pricing
Reservations are automatically checked by our Online Customer Service Centre in Nice, France. After that automatic check, they are sent back to our offices for automatic ticketing.
This is very important, because it means that tickets will be issues automatically once the reservation comes in.

By default, all tickets are issued as 'eTickets', which means you will receive a special ticket number that allows you to check-in at the airport without needing the normal paper ticket.

Pricing for all our online services will be forwarded to you when you have signed up for the service. Of course, more information can be had from our ExpressOne sales staff [here]
As a rule, pricing for online services is significantly cheaper than pricing for offline services.

How to book offline?

When you have contacted our ExpressOne sales people and you've been signed up as a client, your account will be placed in one of our regional Business Travel Centers.
As a rule, this is done by geographical proximity, but of course you are free to choose the servicing BTC of your preference.

How to save money on travel?

1. Book with ExpressOne:
Because of our size, American Express is able to negotiate very good fares and rates with international airlines, hotels and car suppliers.
So just by booking with us, you can already save a lot of money.

2. Book online at great conditions:
By booking online you have the possibility to shop around for the best fares available. So you can decide yourself if your priority is in low fares or great connections.
Some of our clients save up to 20% on average ticket prices.

3. Book online and save on transaction costs:
By booking online, you will enjoy a much lower transaction fee than for normal, offline bookings.
Depending on your flexibility, you can save up to 50% off your annual transaction fee cost, simply by booking online.

That would take longer if we needed immediate translations into 2 other languages.
Further, by limiting the amount of work needed for 3 language versions, we are able to offer more in 1 version.

While we communicate a lot in English, we are still firmly rooted as a BeLux company. As our staff is local as well, we can of course communicate in French, Dutch, English...
