Information collection

Booking Tools

The booking tools on our web sites are provided by Amadeus. These features are provided solely to permit the user to determine the availability of travel related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers. The user is allowed to use our websites, and the tools contained herein, for this purpose and shall not use these sites or tools to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. Furthermore, the user agrees to abide by the terms and/or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom the user elects to deal, including but not limited to, payment of all amounts of fares, products or services.

Requests a) for an anticipated departure within less than 48 hours after submission of reservation, b) submitted on Friday and with an anticipated departure before the opening of business on Monday morning cannot be guaranteed by American Express Corporate Travel or third party suppliers.

Governing Law

These disclaimer and privacy conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. The user consents and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Belgium, in all questions and controversies arising out of his use of the site and these Disclaimer and Privacy conditions.

Wettelijke borgstelling: Een wettelijke borgstelling ten bedrage van EUR 285.077,55 dekt onze beroepsverbintenissen onder de voorwaarden voorzien door het K.B. van 30 juni 1966 gewijzigd bij K.B. van 1 februari 1975.  Deze borgstelling mag slechts worden aangewend na verzending aan de schuldenaar per aangetekend postschrijven, van een aanmaning tot betaling en van een kopie ervan, eveneens per aangetekend postschrijven aan de "Commission Communautaire Française", Dienst voor Toerisme, Waterloosesteenweg 103, B-1000 Brussel.  Voor elke schuld die niet binnen de 12 maanden wordt ingevorderd, zal geen aanspraak meer kunnen worden gemaakt op deze borgstelling.  Verzekerd tegen financieel onvermogen bij het Garantiefonds Reizen, Metrologielaan 8, B-1130 Brussel, tel.: +32 (0)2 240 68 08, fax: +32 (0)2 240 68 08

BIJZONDERE VOORWAARDEN American Express Business Travel N.V.

  1. 1. American Express Business Travel NV zal bij verkoop van brochureproducten de annulatievoorwaarden overnemen die vermeld zijn in de brochures.  In alle andere gevallen zal de vergoeding verschuldigd door de reiziger bij annulatie vastgesteld worden in functie van de door American Express Business Travel NV gemaakte onkosten.
  2. 2. De overeengekomen prijs kan tot voor en na de vertrekdatum naar boven of naar onder worden herzien voor zover de herziening het gevolg is van een wijziging in:
    a. de op de reis toegepaste wisselkoersen, en/of
    b. de vervoerskosten, met inbegrip van de brandstofkosten, en/of
    c. de voor bepaalde diensten verschuldigde heffingen en belastingen.
  3. 3. In het geval van niet betaling van een factuur binnen de dertig dagen zal er, zonder ingebrekestelling van rechtswegen een verwijlinterest verschuldigd zijn van 12%.
    Bovendien wordt het bedrag van de factuur van rechtswege verhoogd met EUR 25 voor gemaakte dossierkosten.
  4. 4. Alle fees zijn vermeld zonder BTW.  Een transactie is een uitgifte of terugbetaling van een luchtvaart- of treinticket, een reservatie of annulatie van een hotel of wagenverhuur, alle andere zoals vermeld in de beschrijving op de factuur.
  5. 5. Een terugbetaling kan enkel gebeuren na het terugsturen van de vervoersbewijzen.  Deze verzending is de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant.

CONDITIONS PARTICULIERES American Express Business Travel S.A.

  1. 1. American Express Business Travel S.A. pratiquera, pour la vente de produits proposés dans les brochures, les conditions d'annulation que y sont mentionnées.  Dans tous les autres cas, l'indemnité redevable par le client en cas d'annulation sera calculée en fonction des frais engendrés par American Express Business Travel SA.
  2. 2. Le prix convenu dans le contrat pourra être revu à la hausse ou à la baisse avant et après la date de départ pour autant que cette révision résulte d'un changement:
    a. des taux de change appliqués au voyage, et/ou
    b. du coût de transport, y compris le coût du carburant, et/ou
    c. des redevances et taxes relatives à certains services.
  3. 3. Au cas où la facture ne serait pas payée endéans les trente jours, il sera compté au client, à juste titre et sans aucune mise en demeure, une indemnité de retard égale à 12%.
    De plus, EUR 25 seront ajoutés au montant de la facture pour frais de dossier.
  4. 4. Tout frais (<<fees>>) est mentionné hors TVA.  Une transaction est une émission ou remboursement d'un billet d'avion ou ferroviaire, une réservation ou annulation d'hôtel ou de voiture de location ou comme mentionnée dans la description sur la facture.
  5. 5. Tout remboursement est sujet au renvoi des titres de transport.  Cet envoi est la responsabilité du client.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS American Express Business Travel SA/NV

  1. 1. American Express Business Travel sa/nv will apply the cancellation terms as mentioned in the brochures when selling tour operator products.  In all other cases the indemnity, due by the traveller at cancellation, will be determined according to the expenses generated by American Express Business Travel sa/nv.
  2. 2. The price agreed upon can be revised upwards or downwards before and after departure date, as long as the revision is due to a change in:
    a. the currency conversion applied for the trip, and/or
    b. the transportation cost, including fuel prices, and/or
    c. the fees and taxes related to certain services
  3. 3. In case of non-payment of an invoice within 30 days the client will have to pay, rightly and without former notice, interest charges of 12%.  In addition a handling fee of EUR 25 will be added at the due dates as an administrative charge.
  4. 4. All fees are mentioned without VAT.  A transaction is the issuance or refund of an airline or rail ticket, the reservation or cancellation of a hotel or car rental or as mentioned in the description on the invoice.
  5. 5. For a refund, tickets must be returned to the agency.  The mailing is the client's responsibility.
